Who am I and why a review channel?
It started with a simple idea
Test different brew methods to see how the method changes the brew. I was a barista for a couple of years at a local coffee shop (something I always wanted to try doing) where I first tried multiple coffee brew methods; I loved the way a brew method could change the coffee and decided to start testing more on my own.
